Patient Information Seminars
We invite you to attend one of our free patient information seminars. We hold seminars twice per month both at our 1130 Hickory street location and at various site around Brevard and Indian River counties, and in Orlando. Sign up is required. This is accomplished by calling our office at 321-728-7553, or filling out our online sign up form.
The purpose of the seminar is to:
- Familiarize you with the Laparoscopic Adjustable Gastric Band and weight loss surgery
- Introduce you to the various components of the LifeShape program including presentations by Dr. Fusco, our dietician, nurse aftercare coordinator, lead personal trainer, and several of our patients.
- Inform you of the process of insurance approval and help you to begin to learn of the requirements for your individual insurance policy - Presentation by our business manager, and out patient insurance/financial advocate.
- Discuss the Cost of Lap-band surgery and the cost of the other services offered by LifeShape including gastric plication and the pleated band.
