Kristine, our nutritionist, celebrates June’s Dairy Month with helpful information on this importance of including dairy in your daily diet (NUTRITION). In our exercise article, Erica, Personal Trainer at the LifeShape Fitness Center, shares her thoughts on training for her first triathlon. On October 7th, a number of LifeShape patients including Kathy Blair, have challenged the LifeShape staff, including myself, to compete in the Battle of the Bridges relay triathlon.
